Booking Fee & Detail Service Terms

The booking fee of $130.99 is non-refundable and guarantees a Condition-Based Detail for the scheduled vehicle. This amount is credited toward the final service total of any selected detail, including our Condition-Based Detail, Proper Detail, Recommended Maintenance, or Neglected Detail, and is applied upon completion of service.

All vehicles are evaluated on-site based on condition, size, and level of buildup. Following the assessment, customers will be informed if additional time, labor, or services are recommended to achieve the best possible results. If a higher-level service is selected, pricing will be adjusted accordingly, with the $135 booking fee applied toward the final balance.

Regardless of vehicle condition or service selection, payment of the booking fee ensures that a Condition-Based Detail will be performed for the scheduled vehicle.

If you choose not to proceed with any recommended upgrades, the booking fee will remain applied toward the Condition-Based Detail for that vehicle or may be transferred to another eligible vehicle.

One (1) reschedule is permitted from the original appointment date. Any additional reschedule or cancellation requests will result in automatic cancellation, and all fees will remain non-refundable. Family emergencies or weather conditions do not exempt this policy.
